Committee Matters 
The Society is run by up to 12 committee members on a voluntary basis, who meet up to six times per year. The Annual General Meeting is held in April or May each year. If you are interested in becoming more involved in the running of the Society please speak to a Committee member at the screenings.
Please ask one of the Committee members at the screenings if you would like a copy of the Society's minutes of AGM's or other Committee meetings.
2011 AGM on Friday 13th May at 6.45pm at The Masonic Hall.
12 members were present. 4 new Committee members were elected making a total of 11 this year. The Chair, Membership Secretary and Teasurer gave reports of the year. Copies of the minutes are avaialble from the membership secretary.
The 2010 AGM was held at 6.30pm on 21 May in the Westwod Room, Beverley Arms Hotel.
Fifteen members of the Society attended. The Chair, Membership Secretary and treasurer gave reports of the past years activity. The existing committee of nine was voted to continue serving for the coming year, and members were asked to remind others of the three vacant places on the Committee.
The 2009 AGM was held immediately before the screening of the film on Friday 3rd April.
Twelve members of the Society attended. The existing committee was voted to continue.
The 2008 AGM was held on 11 April at 6.30pm, immediately before the film screening for April - Lobo.
Fifteen members of the Society attended the second AGM. New and former Committee members were voted to sit on the Committe.
The 2007 AGM was held on 13 April 2007.
Sixteen members attended the Society’s first AGM before the screening of 'Who Killed Bambi?'
